Petro Land Ventures, Inc. operates this website. This page explains what we collect and why.

We collect personal information only when you send it to us through one of the two forms on the Contact page. The short form for landowners asks for your name, a phone number or email address, the county and state, and a note about what you received. The project form asks for your name, email address, the kind of client you are, the state, the county or parish, the service you need, and a message, and optionally your phone number and timeline. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and to carry out any work you ask us to do. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not share it except as needed to reply to you or when the law requires it.

The contact forms are handled by Web3Forms, which passes your submission to us by email. Web3Forms stores form submissions for a limited period and then deletes them. You can read its current terms at web3forms.com. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server request logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not set cookies, does not use your IP address to identify you, and does not track you across other websites. This site does not use advertising cookies.

We keep the messages you send us for as long as we need them to do the work and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to correct or delete the information you have given us, and we will do that where we are able.

If you have questions about this policy or your information, email rickey@plvinc.com or use the form on the Contact page. We may update this page from time to time, and the current version will always appear here.
