Rickey has more than 25 years of hands-on land experience. Much of it is courthouse title research and lease negotiation in East Texas and Louisiana. He has also handled acquisition and divestiture (A&D) due diligence, right-of-way acquisition, and solar and renewable land work across the Gulf Coast and the Appalachian Basin.

He has worked with independent operators, major producers and institutional investors, on projects from curative work on a single tract to multi-county acquisition packages and large portfolio due diligence. His standard is simple: thorough work that holds up, and clear updates at every step.
